Humanitarian Aid and Development: Audio Slideshow: Little Huong gets a house: Little Huong

Little Huong,
Ke Sat, Vietnam
After the sun goes down the only source of light on Dao Thi Huong's boat is a single bulb. The family eats and sleeps on the 70 square foot boat. Huong lives with her grandparents to be able to go to school. Huong's family has been fishing for generations but she hopes to break the cycle with education and a new home being built as part of Habitat for Humanity International's 2009 Jimmy and Roslynn Carter Work Project.
